At Gold Park Orlando, we understand that travel plans can change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure you can book your airport parking with confidence.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your reservation at any time prior to your scheduled arrival time at our parking facility. To ensure your request is processed correctly, please contact us or use our online portal before your check-in time.

Refund Guidelines

Our refund eligibility is determined by how much notice is given before your reservation begins:

  • Full Refund: To receive a 100% refund of your payment, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, a refund will be issued minus a $9 cancellation fee.
  • No Refund: We are unable to provide any refunds or credits for reservations canceled after the scheduled arrival time or for “no-shows”.
