At Gold Park MCO, we give you full control over your travel plans. Whether you need to double-check your details, change your dates, or extend your stay, you can manage everything directly from your account.

How to View, Modify, or Change Your Booking

To make any adjustments, you must first access your secure dashboard:

1. Log In: Visit the Gold Park MCO Login Page and enter your credentials.
2. Locate Your Booking: Navigate to the “My Bookings” section to see a list of your current and upcoming reservations.
3. Choose an Action:

• View: Click on your reservation to see your QR code, check-in instructions, and total price.
• Modify/Change: Select the “Change Booking” option to update your vehicle details or adjust your time of arrival.
• Extend: If you are already traveling and need more time, click the “Extend Booking” button next to your active reservation to add extra days.

Rules for Changes and Refunds

All modifications and changes are subject to our standard policy:

• Deadline for Changes: You can modify or change your reservation anytime before your scheduled arrival time at the parking lot.
• Full Refund Policy: If you need to cancel instead of changing, a full refund is only available if the request is made at least 24 hours before the booking begins.
• Late Change Fee: For cancellations or major changes made less than 24 hours before arrival, a $9 fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Post-Arrival: Once your scheduled arrival time has passed, no modifications, changes, or refunds can be issued.
